Work in two volumes dating back to the year 1840, hardcovers, complete with various illustrations, including the portrait of Dickens with his engraved signature.
Fair general conditions, spine of the second volume restored, several sheets of the first volume are detached.
Signs of time, humidity and tears in various points of both volumes (inevitable due to the poor quality of the paper that had been chosen by the author to reduce the costs).
Rare edition, difficult to find.
Certificate of authenticity is included.
