A rare mosaic painting in a metal frame by the master Valerio Adami (1935).
Starting from a type of expressionist painting influenced by Bacon and later from a gestural painting, Adami returns to figuration following the echo and the influence of American Pop Art; especially by Roy Lichtenstein.
Thus, in his works, a sort of fantastic and ironic comic story takes life, where in depersonalized interiors banal objects are arranged, taken as symbols, even sexual, of modernity.
The artist's style clearly stands out in the use of chromatic material in flat layers, within the sharp black contours of the drawing.
Please note the great rarity and the difficult performance of such a work.
